Eight seats. The oven roaring an arm's length away. About once a month, Marco runs a multi-pie tasting, new doughs, off-menu experiments, the clam pie when it's perfect, and Dana pairs every course. Roughly $85 a seat, and the best seat in the building. They go fast, on purpose: eight is eight.

How it works

Dates drop first to the Dough Club and Tuesday Pour members, then to the waitlist, then to the rest of the room. Multi-pie progression with paired pours; allergies handled at booking. Cancel up to 48 hours out for full refund.
