We post a full allergen matrix and train every shift on the FDA Big-9. Where the kitchen can adapt, we will. Where we can't, we'll tell you.

Is BRACE celiac-safe?

No. We bake in a shared wood oven and work in a shared-flour room. Our gluten-free crust is genuinely good, but cross-contact is possible and we cannot call it celiac-safe.

What's in the gluten-free crust?

A par-baked rice/tapioca blend base, finished to order. +$4. Prepared in shared equipment, see above.

What about dairy?

Most of our pies have cheese; the Marinara has none and is vegan-friendly. The kitchen will adapt where it can, within the limits of a shared station.

Nuts?

The Pistachio Mortadella contains tree nut (pistachio). Other dishes may be made on shared surfaces with nut-containing items, tell us about allergies at booking.

Shellfish?

The seasonal Clam Pie contains shellfish.

Anything else?

We post a full allergen matrix and train every shift on the FDA Big-9. Talk to a manager before you order if you have a serious allergy, we'd rather get it right.
